Not Much

High school cross-country and track team. I was on Varsity, so above average but not excellent. I have done one sprint triathlon which to me is significant no matter how slow. =)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to finish a marathon in December under 5 hours. I would also like to continue with a more consistent workout program.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to do a half iron man one day.

I am married with a newborn baby! My husband and I are training together.

I biked at the gym for 30 min. My legs felt great but weak! I need to do some more lifting and biking to increase my muscle strength. Starting slow!
